Overview:
Friday
- icebreakers @7pm (optional add-on, highly advisable!)
- catch-up @10 pm in a dedicated room (including famous Werewolf game)
Saturday
- 8am - doors open
- 9am - conference opening
- 9.30am - 12.30am - conference (tea included)
- 12.30 1.30 pm lunch & networking
- 2pm - 5pm conference (afternoon tea included)
- 7pm till late - Gala dinner (optional add-on; highly advisable; theme is Futurism, two great speakers)
Gala dress code: You cannot go wrong. Theme is Futurism, but you can do everything from formal to smart casual. Some people even wear costumes sometimes. So don't worry, just dress presentable and enjoy your time with others!
Sunday
- 8.00 - morning tea & breakfast
- 9.30am - 11.30am (approx) AGM and conference closure (or Questacon)
- 11.30am - 1.30pm Mensa test
- Optional visits for entertainment & networking - transfer assistance (not included) - in walking distance or short shared taxi drive (various locations, to be announced closer to the date)
- Parents with kids or just adults are invited to join Questacon visit as we will have our own space & activities (only entry fee applies, on spot, no need to pre-register)
SPECIAL:
- Mensa dedicated tour of National Library @2pm ("Cook and Pacific", "Treasures Gallery about tapa" and light show "Beauty Rich and Rare")
--> Location is next to Questacon and has a good restaurant for those who want to buy a meal
- note: transfers are not included but these are all short distances, expect only a few dollars in shared transfer - we will assist with bookings
